ORF-Enterprise Brings More Tatort to Discovery Italia’s Giallo

Continuing its partnership with Discovery Italia, ORF-Enterprise has signed a deal that will see three new Tatort (Scene of the Crime) features head to the broadcaster’s free-to-air channel Giallo.

The series, a long-running police procedural that focuses on different police teams and crimes in various cities, releases several feature-length episodes each year, three of which Giallo has nabbed. The new true-crime titles will add to the broadcaster’s existent Tatort strand.

ORF-Enterprise previously licensed 26 episodes of its award-winning crime movie series to Discovery Italia in 2017 and 2018, which also aired on Giallo and rated well. The show is also available on channels and platforms in Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Iran, Ukraine and the U.S.

The series is one of many fiction offerings from ORF-Enterprise available this MIPTV, including Austria’s Walking on Sunshine, which will premiere in Cannes.
