New Strategy Director at Temple Street’s Digital Unit

TORONTO: Temple Street Media Ventures (TSMV), the digital arm of Temple Street Productions, has hired Bryce Hunter for the newly created role of senior director of strategy and operations.

Hunter will report to Michel Pratte, TSMV’s VP. He’ll be responsible for working with TSMV’s business heads of video, technology and brand marketing to accelerate significant growth opportunities in the Canadian and international markets. The exec will also help spearhead multidisciplinary projects that support Temple Street’s television properties and broadcast partners.

Hunter previously served as producer of interactive at DHX Media, where he managed the company’s vast digital business. He has also been a game producer at Big Blue Bubble and served as an advisor to TIFF and multiple Toronto-Based start-ups.

“As our digital business continues to expand it became clear that a new position was needed to meet the growing demand across all of our digital-media content verticals,” Pratte said. “Bryce’s experience and innovative thinking across digital video, technology and brand management will be an invaluable addition to our team.”
