Love It or List It Vancouver Season Three Returns to Canada’s W Network

VANCOUVER: Big Coat Productions’s property series Love It or List It Vancouver is returning to Canada’s W Network, with the second half of the third season slated to kick off on February 8.

Hosts Jillian Harris (a designer) and Todd Talbot (a real estate expert) return at 10 p.m. on Monday for the first of the remaining 13-episodes from season three. Harris attempts to convince homeowners to “love it” by keeping their revamped houses, while Talbot sets out to capture their fancy with a new property. Production on season four, due out on W Network this fall, is currently underway. Love It or List It Vancouver is part of Big Coat Productions’s format franchise Love It or List It.

“Fans were thrilled with the first half of year three and we can’t wait to see where the remaining 13 shows will take us,” said Catherine Fogarty, executive producer on the show. “It’s a new year and the perfect time to cozy up on the couch and catch the latest episodes, which continue to share compelling family stories, set against the breathtaking backdrop and architecture of Vancouver.”

“As our hit TV show steadily explodes in popularity, it also features the strength of the Love It or List It franchise, currently one of the strongest Canadian TV formats selling worldwide, with signed format deals in the U.K., France, Belgium and Australia,” added Maria Armstrong, co-executive producer.
