Interim CEO in Place at Thunderbird Entertainment

Thunderbird Entertainment has made several management appointments, with Ivan Fecan having been named interim CEO, among other changes.

Fecan remains as executive chair of the Thunderbird board and will continue to produce the series Kim’s Convenience. Meanwhile, Jennifer McCarron and Mark Miller have been promoted to co-presidents of Thunderbird. McCarron becomes CEO of Atomic Cartoons and joins the Thunderbird board, while Miller continues as CEO of Great Pacific Media and maintains his seat on the Thunderbird board. In their new roles, McCarron and Miller will participate in the strategic direction of Thunderbird and the overall management of the company.

In addition, Thunderbird co-founder Tim Gamble was appointed vice chair of the Thunderbird board and will continue to pursue new opportunities for the company, with a particular focus on IP. Gamble was instrumental in bringing the upcoming Blade Runner 2049 feature film and the Netflix original series Beat Bugs into the company.

McCarron, Miller and Gamble, as well as COO Cam White, CFO Barb Harwood and Senior VP of Scripted Production Alex Raffé will report to Fecan. They will all be part of the senior leadership team.
