ABC Spark Adds Pair of Shows to Lineup

TORONTO: ABC Spark, Corus Entertainment's network for Millennials, is slated to begin airing the scripted drama Recovery Road and the docuseries My Transparent Life.

Recovery Road is based on the book penned by Blake Nelson. The show follows a teenage addict who enters a rehab facility. Exec producers will include Craig Piligian (Abducted: The Carlina White Story) and Beth Miller (Revenge of the Bridesmaids) from Pilgrim Studios, as well as Bert V. Royal (Easy A), Karen DiConcetto (Ruby & The Rockits) and Danielle VonZerneck (Left to Die).

My Transparent Life is about a teenage boy who finds out that his parents are getting a divorce and that his father is becoming a woman. The reality program will be produced by Ryan Seacrest, Eugene Young, Rabih Gholam and George Moll for Ryan Seacrest Productions, as well as Paul Barosse.
