Warner Bros. Discovery Expands Thai Presence with AIS

Warner Bros. Discovery has expanded its alliance with AIS in Thailand, clinching a deal that includes the rollout of a new HBO channel pack and the HBO GO streaming service.

The HBO channel pack will become available to AIS PLAY subscribers from today, encompassing HBO, HBO Family, HBO Hits, HBO Signature and Cinemax. Access to HBO GO will also be included in new AIS packages and promotions. The pack will be available to AIS customers for 99 THB ($2.90) per month for the first three months, and then 149 THB ($4.4) per month.

Shonali Bedi, head of affiliate distribution and digital partnerships for Southeast Asia and Hong Kong at Warner Bros. Discovery, said: “This expanded partnership builds on our successful collaboration with AIS to date, and with the full portfolio of HBO channels coming to AIS PLAY, Thai fans of premium entertainment are in for a real treat.
