Rewind Networks Unveils New Entertainment Channel in Asia

Rewind Networks is launching HITS NOW, a new general-entertainment channel delivering a lineup that includes U.S. reality, drama, comedy, game shows and more, with Singtel on board to carry the service beginning February 6.

Rewind Networks already operates HITS and HITS MOVIES in 14 markets, reaching 24 million homes across Asia. HITS NOW will be accessible on Singtel TV, Singtel TV GO and CAST at launch.

The launch lineup includes American Idol, Britain’s Got Talent, America’s Got Talent and Project Runway; scripted fare such as Fire Country, So Help Me Todd, The Goldbergs and Ghosts; the game shows Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? and Celebrity Family Feud; plus Entertainment Tonight and Fear Thy Neighbor. HITS NOW also launches with live coverage of the 65th Annual Grammy Awards at 8 a.m. local time, with an encore broadcast at 8 p.m.
