Netflix Leads AAA National Wins

Netflix scooped up 26 wins at the Asian Academy Creative Awards National Awards presentation, which honored shows from 15 countries in the region across 38 categories.

The National Award winners will now vie to be named best in the region in December, with the Grand Awards on December 2 and the Red Carpet and Gala Awards on December 3. Both will be held virtually.

Netflix scored 26 wins, followed by Viu at 25 with shows from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Local players also fared well, with Mediacorp landing 20 wins and ABS-CBN and Astro with 11 each.
