MPA Unveils Lineup for APOS 2020 Virtual Editions

ViacomCBS’s Bob Bakish, Amazon’s Mike Hopkins, TikTok’s Kevin Mayer, WarnerMedia’s Gerhard Zeiler, Disney’s Uday Shankar and Vice Media’s Nancy Dubuc are among those set to participate at APOS 2020, with the annual event in Bali going online with virtual editions this July and September.

Media Partners Asia’s (MPA) APOS 2020 Virtual Series will take place July 21 to 23 and September 1 to 3, with speakers focusing on the challenges and future catalysts for growth and investment across media, entertainment, sports, telecoms and technology sectors.

“Bringing together TMT industry leaders across continents to provide strategic vision online with interactive and on-demand functionality, the APOS 2020 Virtual Series will be a definitive experience and knowledge platform, enabling key stakeholders to navigate the future of video globally with a special focus on Asia Pacific,” said Vivek Couto, MPA’s executive director.

More than 50 speakers are slated to participate over the two events, with five hours per day of live conversations and insights. There will also be exclusive on-demand content. In addition to the speaker series, MPA will present data and analysis on the AsiaPac media sector. APOS 2020 will also feature networking opportunities for attendees.
