GMA Network Reveals New Lineup

GMA Network has a slate of nearly 100 new programs joining its lineup in the coming months, with highlights such as Legal Wives.

Produced by GMA Entertainment Group, Legal Wives is headlined by Kapuso drama king Dennis Trillo as Ishmael, a Maranaw Muslim royalty who has three wives, portrayed by Alice Dixson, Bianca Umali and Andrea Torres. The cast also features Cherie Gil.

I Can See You returns for a second season with new stories: On My Way To You, #Future and The Lookout. On My Way To You is headlined by Ruru Madrid and Shaira Diaz; #Future is toplined by Miguel Tanfelix, Gabby Eigenmann, Kyline Alcantara and Aiko Melendez; and The Lookout features Barbie Forteza, Paul Salas and Christopher De Leon.

I Left My Heart in Sorsogon stars Heart Evangelista-Escudero, Paolo Contis and Richard Yap. Alden Richards and Jasmine Curtis-Smith reunite in the drama series The World Between Us alongside Kapuso actor Tom Rodriguez. The soap centers on a principled man who gets wronged by the people he considers like family and how he goes through insurmountable odds just to carry the day.

Jennylyn Mercado takes on the role of a woman who is stuck reliving the day of her boyfriend’s death over and over again via the out-of-the-box concept of Love. Die. Repeat.

Carla Abellana and Max Collins join forces in the drama series To Have and To Hold, which tells the story of two women who will be caught up in a web of lies, betrayals and affairs.

Heartful Café, which follows the life of a café owner and online romance novelist named Heart Fulgencio and her journey towards finding her match, stars Julie Anne San Jose alongside David Licauco and EA Guzman.

The roster of GMA afternoon prime programs features the remake of Ishmael Bernal’s classic movie Nagbabagang Luha led by Glaiza de Castro, Rayver Cruz, Mike Tan and Gina Alajar.

Rita Daniela and Ken Chan return in Ang Dalawang Ikaw and will be joined by Kapuso star Ana Vicente. Las Hermanas stars Yasmien Kurdi, Thea Tolentino, Faith da Silva, Jason Abalos and seasoned actor Albert Martinez, who makes his Kapuso comeback via this afternoon prime series.

The drama series Artikulo 247 is headlined by an ensemble cast comprised of Rhian Ramos, Mark Herras, Jackie Rice and Rocco Nacino.

Prima Donnas is set to air its second season, featuring Jillian Ward, Althea Ablan and Sofia Pablo, together with Katrina Halili, Wendell Ramos, Chanda Romero, James Blanco and Aiko Melendez.

The action-packed family drama Agimat ng Agila features the TV comeback of Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., alongside Sanya Lopez, Roi Vinzon, Benjie Paras, Allen Dizon, Michelle Dee and Elizabeth Oropesa, with the special participation of Sheryl Cruz.

The live-action adaptation of the hit Japanese anime series Voltes V: Legacy stars Miguel Tanfelix as Steve Armstrong, Ysabel Ortega as Jamie Robinson, Radson Flores as Mark Gordon, Matt Lozano as Big Bert, Raphael Landicho as Little John, Martin del Rosario as the Boazanian Prince Zardoz and Liezel Lopez as Zandra.
