Former Seven West Media Exec Named COO at Foxtel

MELBOURNE: Rohan Lund, who has been serving as the group chief operating officer at Seven West Media, has been appointed COO at Foxtel.

Lund takes up the new role as of January 20, 2014. Lund has held several high-profile posts prior to this, including as CEO of Yahoo! 7 and the director fo strategy and investments at Seven West. At Foxtel, Lund will be responsible for strategy, stand-alone IPTV, broadband development, IT, product, broadcast technology and broadcast operations.

Additionally, Gavin Dumsday has been appointed chief financial officer. Dumsday is an internal Foxtel promotion effective immediately.
