China’s YOU On Demand Scores Films from Magnolia

NEW YORK: The Chinese PPV and VOD platform YOU On Demand has entered an agreement with Magnolia Pictures to distribute its library on a transactional VOD and subscription VOD basis.

This includes The Architect, starring Anthony LaPaglia and Viola Davis; The Good Doctor, starring Orland Bloom and Taraji P. Henson; I’m Still Here, a documentary about Joaquin Phoenix; and Gonzo: The Life and Work of Hunter S. Thompson. YOU On Demand has other partnerships in place with Warner Bros., Disney Media Distribution, Lionsgate and more.
