CASBAA Shines Light on Indonesia

HONG KONG: In its first forum of the year, CASBAA is hosting the Indonesia in View: Growing Pay TV event on February 29 in Jakarta.

Indonesia in View: Growing Pay TV, held at the Hotel Mulia Senayan, will highlight the increased distribution and rapidly growing ad sector of Indonesia, supported by changes in broadcasting laws. Minister Tifatul Sembiring from the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology will open the event.

“With this forum, CASBAA and the international industry recognize the growing role of Indonesia in this important facet of the regional information economy,” said Simon Twiston Davies, the CEO of CASBAA.
