APOS Unveils Speakers, Key Themes for In-Person Return

APOS, Media Partners Asia’s summit focused on the media, tech and telco space across the AsiaPac, is set to take place in Singapore this September with a speaker lineup that includes Warner Bros. Discovery’s Gerhard Zeiler, Candle Media’s Kevin Mayer and Prime Video’s Kelly Day.

Taking place at the Capella in Singapore from September 27 to 29, the event will explore short- and long-term macro trends in the media business across the region, the sustainability of streaming models, the growth of premium Asian content, the sports landscape and more.

The initial speaker lineup includes Astro COO and TV CEO Euan Smith; BBC Studios’ president of global markets, Nick Percy; Kevin Mayer, co-CEO and founder of Candle Media; Foxtel CEO Patrick Delany; ex Disney Asia chief Uday Shankar, founder director of Marigold Park; Minyoung Kim, VP of content, AsiaPac ex-India at Netflix; Janice Lee, CEO of Viu and managing director of PCCW Media Group; Kelly Day, VP of international at Prime Video; Sophie Moloney, CEO of Sky New Zealand; Lori Conkling, global head of media partnerships ay YouTube; Punit Goenka, managing director and CEO of Zee Entertainment Enterprises; and Gerhard Zeiler, the president of international at Warner Bros. Discovery.
