ACCION to Rep Blue Ant Media Asia Pacific in the Philippines

Blue Ant Media Asia Pacific has appointed Asian Cable Communications, Inc. (ACCION) as the network’s exclusive channel distributor in the Philippines.

From August 1, ACCION will be the exclusive partner and authorized distributor of the Blue Ant Entertainment, Blue Ant Extreme and ZooMoo channels throughout the country, excluding Sky Cable Corporation and Cignal TV Inc. Through the agreement, the cable distribution company will enable the Blue Ant Media Asia Pacific channels to expand their reach in the Philippine market.

The general entertainment channel Blue Ant Entertainment carries series airing same day and express from the U.S. such as Siren, Bull, FBI, Charmed, The InBetween and the dailies Entertainment Tonight, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and The Late Late Show with James Corden. The channel also airs box office classics and live broadcasts a number of award shows, including The Golden Globe Awards, Screen Actors Guild Awards, American Music Awards and Billboard Music Awards.

Blue Ant Extreme offers a mix of magic, reality, paranormal, factual and e-gaming programming, with Knock Knock Ghost, Lift Off, Losing Traction and Arcade Cloud among its roster of titles. The pre-school channel ZooMoo has a lineup that features LOST!, Animal All Stars, Animal Alphabet, ZooMoo Groove, ZooMoo’s Got Brains, ZooMooPedia and Dear Scout.
