Strong Ratings for Belgian Version of My Restaurant Rules

SYDNEY, April 28: The first 13 episodes of the Belgian version of the
reality competition format My
Restaurant Rules
, distributed by
Southern Star International, has posted strong ratings for local broadcaster
VTM, achieving an average 33.3-percent all-audience market share.

The Belgian version has
also notched up a 44-percent average market share for the 18-to-44 demographic,
which to date has peaked at 59.4 percent. In Belgium, the series is produced
and broadcast by VTM. My Restaurant
Rules
is a format owned and
produced in Australia by the Seven Network.

Local versions of the program
have been produced by TV2 Denmark and RTL5 Netherlands, with the Australian
canned program sold to LIVING in the U.K., Cuisine TV France, RTL Netherlands,
BBC Africa, Kuchnia TV Planed and the Discovery Channel in Italy, Pan Asia and
Latin America.

My Restaurant Rules sees five couples start their own restaurants. The
couple whose restaurant is voted the best wins the restaurant.
