ProSiebenSat.1 Revenues Dip in 2025

ProSiebenSat.1 Media’s group revenues dropped 6 percent to €3.675 billion ($4.24 billion) in 2025.

External revenues in the entertainment segment also decreased 6 percent, amounting to €2.383 billion ($2.75 billion). Overall, advertising revenues in the entertainment segment decreased by 8 percent in the German-speaking region.

Joyn achieved a 36 percent increase in AVOD revenues, and SVOD revenues rose 25 percent.

Distribution revenues increased by 3 percent. Through distribution, the group generates revenues that are independent of developments in the TV advertising market.

The group’s adjusted EBITDA amounted to €403 million ($465 million), representing a 28 percent decline. EBITDA amounted to €241 million ($278 million).

The group expects slight organic revenue growth again in 2026 and believes revenues in the entertainment segment are likely to stabilize over the full year.
