New Leadership Installed at ProSiebenSat.1

Marco Giordani is succeeding Bert Habets as CEO of ProSiebenSat.1 as MFE extends its control over the German media group.

Giordani is currently CFO of MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE. He takes the helm at ProSiebenSat.1 effectuive immediately, with Habets becoming a senior advisor until year-end.

Bob Rajan joins as interim CFO, succeeding Martin Mildner. Markus Breitenecker is stepping down as COO. The role is not being replaced.
