“With SF Studios Classics, we want to make our unique film heritage more accessible and alive for today’s audiences around the world,” said Helena Hertz, head of licensing sales and rights at SF Studios. “YouTube is a perfect platform to reach both devoted film enthusiasts and a new generation of viewers.”

“It is wonderful to see how the treasure trove of old Swedish films is preserved and highlighted in this way,” added Michelle Kadir, head of YouTube Northern Europe. “More than 4 million Swedes watch YouTube on regular TVs, often together with family or friends. Without a doubt, this channel will help new generations to discover Swedish film classics with the help of YouTube.”
