Mediawan Bolsters Executive Team

Mediawan has appointed two new members to its executive team, including Caroline Le Masne coming on board as general counsel of the group.

Le Masne will be responsible for supporting Mediawan’s acquisition and development strategy in France and internationally, with a particular focus on legal and regulatory matters. Le Masne previously held the position of director of legal affairs, compliance and CSR at Vivendi before joining CMA-CGM as director of legal affairs and compliance.

Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti has been named managing director in charge of diversification. He will be responsible for the commercial development of Mediawan’s new diversification activities. His mission will be to explore and develop new ways of valorizing the group’s intellectual properties through various channels and innovative formats, such as the deployment of podcast and brand content activities, the monetization of digital content and the creation of new immersive or event-based experiences. Nakhlé Cerruti was previously managing director at VIPARIS.
