Content Americas Sets Create Americas Headline Speakers

3Pas Studios’ Ben Odell, Wild Sheep Content’s Erik Barmack and In-To-Films’ Ivonne Niño are among the confirmed headline speakers for Create Americas, taking place on January 22 as part of Content Americas.

Odell co-founded 3Pas Studios with Eugenio Derbez and serves as CEO. He also oversees the recently launched 3Pas Digital and Studio DRBZ. He executive produces the company’s flagship Apple TV+ series Acapulco and produces Prime Video’s LOL and De Viaje con los Derbez. Recently, he produced They Came at Night, starring Derbez and Jason Alexander.

Barmack is the CEO and founder of Wild Sheep Content, which has sold more than 30 projects to over 30 global partners in four years. He also founded AI in Hollywood. Previously, he spent eight years at Netflix, where he held senior executive roles overseeing multibillion-dollar budgets and international teams. He played a pivotal role in launching and expanding Netflix’s international content strategy with productions such as The Witcher, La Casa de Papel, Kingdom and Sacred Games. He also spearheaded the company’s original anime initiative as VP and head of international originals.

Niño, CEO of In-To-Films, has over 20 years of experience as a producer in several Latin American countries. She has led major productions such as Rosario Tijeras 3, De Brutas Nada, La Reina Soy Yo, Comando Elite, La Niña, La Isla El Reality and Opa Popa Dupa. Recently, she served as executive producer at BTF Media on series including Pancho Villa, L-Pop, Soy Tu Fan, Mamita and Entre Paredes and developed the Frida Kahlo bio series for Disney+. She has worked in the vertical micro-drama market by developing production hubs in Mexico, Argentina and Colombia.

Also in the lineup is actor and producer Kasey Esser, who has starred in 50-plus vertical dramas that have accumulated more than 500 million views. This past year, he produced his first vertical, Love in the Shadows. He has moved into pursuing independent vertical production, recently completing Love Under Fire in an attempt to establish a new business model for creators.

Loli Miraglia, CEO and founder of SDO Argentina, will also speak at Create Americas. She began her career at The Walt Disney Company, where she played a key role in large-scale entertainment productions and strategic publicity in the children’s and youth markets. After leaving Disney, she co-founded SDO PR & Entertainment in 2014. SDO offers services in live shows, original audiovisual content development and media communications. Its clients include Disney, Omega, Volta, Banghó, Cinemark Hoyts and Telemundo. Through production arm The Eleven Hub, she recently launched Bon Vivant, a vertical series. She is also forging partnerships with platforms like ReelShort and In-To-Films to localize and co-produce original vertical content for global distribution.
