New Service Brings Korean Programming to U.S. Market

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, August
6: Korea’s MBC and SBS have signed on to provide content for myCreo.com, an
online destination that features a range of Korean dramas, sitcoms, variety
shows and documentaries, which recently launched an Internet VOD service in the
U.S.

To kick off the launch of
the new U.S. VOD service, myCreo.com is offering first-time users free
registration and 100 free viewer points, which are redeemable to watch up to 20
programs. Content will be offered with English and Spanish subtitles.

"We are excited to
offer U.S. broadband subscribers access to quality Korean programming,” said
Henry Kim, the senior director of myCreo.com. “And, we are even more pleased to
expose Korean-rich culture to such a diverse international community.
myCreo.com will bring the most popular Korean dramas, news, movies, variety
shows and more, directly on demand to our consumers, putting them in control of
what they want to see, when they want to see it.”

"This new partnership
allows us to strengthen our presence in the U.S. and provide a unique and
intimate way for all cultures to connect and assimilate with the Korean way of
life," said Shinso Park, the president of MBC America. "We are
excited to be working with myCreo.com and have new projects that we are looking
to do together in the near future."

Currently, myCreo.com has
more than 3,000 episodes of popular Asian TV dramas and variety programs, and
plans to expand its content with additional suppliers.
