Plan B Sets Up European Subsidiary

Plan B, the production company co-led by Brad Pitt, Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner, has established a base in London, to be led by Clerkenwell Films alum Ed Macdonald.

Plan B Europe will look to produce premium series in the U.K. and across Europe. In addition to working with Netflix on Adolescence, Plan B’s recent credits include collaborations with the BBC and Film Four.

Macdonald’s body of work includes The End of the F***ing World and Baby Reindeer as well as the upcoming The Death of Bunny Munro. Macdonald will work closely with Nina Wolarsky, Plan B’s US-based head of television.

The move comes almost three years after Plan B became part of Mediawan.
