MIP FAST & AVOD Summit Takes Shape

Executives from Google, Samsung TV Plus and Tubi Media Group are among those taking part in MIPTV’s FAST & AVOD Summit.

Encompassing both FAST and AVOD models, the summit runs from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 8, in the Palais des Festivals. The afternoon will be hosted by Alan Wolk, co-founder and lead analyst at TVREV. The event will feature a series of talks and presentations from key players and companies in the space, which will be followed by a session of roundtable discussions and matchmaking opportunities on Tuesday, April 9, at 9 a.m.

Confirmed speakers include Robert Andrae, partnerships lead for EMEA Google TV at Google; Jennifer Batty, director of content partnerships at Samsung TV Plus Europe and EMEA; Natalie Gabathuler-Scully, executive VP of revenue, distribution and data operations at Vevo; Kasia Kieli, president and managing director at Warner Bros. Discovery Poland and CEO of TVN; Peyton Lombardo, manager of 3Vision; David Salmon, managing director of international at Tubi Media Group; and Jordan Warkol, VP of business development at OTTera.
