On Wednesday, March 19, the new comedy Doll & Em makes its debut in the U.S. on HBO. The series is written by and stars the real-life best friends Mortimer (The Newsroom) and Wells (Some Girls). A semi-improvised work, the show explores what happens when a Hollywood actress hires her childhood best friend to be her personal assistant while making a film in Los Angeles. Doll & Em made its debut earlier this month on Sky Living HD, and is being sold around the world by Sky Vision.
