NEW YORK: NickMom, a prime-time programming block for mothers on Nick Jr., has signed a development agreement for an untitled comedy project with Push it Productions' Wanda Sykes and Page Hurwitz.

Additionally, NickMom has given the go-ahead to six episodes of Undercover Cupid, a tentatively titled hidden camera series that is executive produced by Scott Stone. The show, presented by Nyima Funk, will watch as unsuspecting single parents meet dates chosen by their children.

The programming block is also launching the second seasons of Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor tonight at 10 p.m., and Take Me to Your Mother on Saturday, February 1 at 10:30 p.m.

"We are thrilled to be collaborating with the talented Wanda Sykes and Page Hurwitz of Push It Productions, Inc. to develop hilarious new content for NickMom," noted Bronwen O'Keefe, the senior VP of NickMom. "NickMom will continue to deliver the funny this year with brand-new episodes of our signature series Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor and Take Me to Your Mother, plus exciting projects in the works that will deliver our special brand of mom comedy."

"As a mother of twins, I know firsthand that there is a lot of comedy in parenting, a lot of drinking too, but we're focusing on the comedy," added Sykes.
