NEW YORK: Nickelodeon’s new parent-targeted NickMom programming block, scheduled to premiere October 1, has greenlit a new reality series, My 63 Moms, for its lineup.

It has been announced that Nickelodeon’s new prime-time comedy block will debut on October 1. NickMom will feature a combination of original programming including docu-series, talk shows, stand-up and sketch comedy. It will air on Nick Jr. every night beginning at 10 p.m.

NickMom has picked up 13 episodes of My 63 Moms, a new docu-comedy featuring Andrea Rosen, who visits with different families every week to discuss the struggles of being a mother. The show is slated to premiere early next year.

Other NickMom series will include Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor, MFF: Mom Friends Forever, NickMom Night Out and What Was Carol Brady Thinking?

"NickMom is a unique TV and digital destination that gives moms permission to wind down from the day and laugh out loud at the shared experiences of motherhood," said Bronwen O’Keefe, the senior VP of NickMom. "From the comedy of our long- and short-form programming, to the engagement our web site provides, NickMom has the heart and humor of Nickelodeon, but with a specific mom point of view."
