Universal Sports Network Launches OTT Platform for Rugby World Cup

LOS ANGELES: Universal Sports Network has released WatchRWC2015, a digital streaming pay-per-view (PPV) product made for this year's Rugby World Cup, which kicks off on September 18.

WatchRWC2015 will feature live streaming and on-demand access to all of the six-week tournament's 48 matches in HD. The service is available on multiple platforms, including desktop, mobile devices and select connected TVs, in the U.S. and U.S. territories. It can be found at UniversalSports.com/WatchRugby and also includes a mobile responsive design that adjusts to the user's mobile device for optimal viewing.

With WatchRWC2015, fans can buy a 48-match tournament package or individual packages with which they pay per game. Consumers can set up an online account at UniversalSports.com/WatchRugby. All purchases will be offered on-demand through December 1, 2015.
