PactUS Names Inaugural Executive Board of Directors

LOS ANGELES/NEW YORK: PactUS, led by president David Lyle, has appointed an inaugural executive board of directors representing a cross-section of its 30-plus member companies.

IPC Television CEO Eli Holzman will serve as chairman of the inaugural board. Members of the board include All3Media America’s CEO, Gregory Lipstone; Endemol Shine’s COO, Ben Samek; Propagate Content’s founder and co-CEO, Howard Owens; and John Pollak, Electus International’s president of global distribution. Additional board members include Punched in the Head owner, Amelia D’Entrone; Hot Snakes Media founding partner Eric Evangelista; Talos Films co-president Elli Hakami; 51 Minds’s COO, Temple Williams; and Pact CEO John McVay.

“This marks a significant milestone in the evolution of this association,” said Lyle. “With this distinguished and extremely knowledgeable local group of inaugural directors and John [McVay], who has done a spectacular job in building Pact into such a major force in the U.K. content landscape, we will continue to grow and flourish.”

PactUS was formed to help U.S.-based nonfiction and scripted independent production companies improve their businesses.
