New OWN Original Series to Be Based on Tyler Perry’s Single Mom Clubs

LOS ANGELES: OWN has announced four new original series premieres, including Single Moms Club, based on Tyler Perry's upcoming feature film of the same name, as well as a docu-series with Lindsay Lohan.

Single Moms Club is a drama that focuses on a group of single women from different walks of life who bonded following on incident at their children's school. The show debuts this fall.

Lindsay, which follows Lohan's return to public life after her recent rehab stint, is launching March 9. Deion's Family Playbook, about the life of pro athlete Deion Sanders and his extended family, will launch March 1. Coming April 12 is Love in the City, which focuses on the fast-paced lives of four friends living in New York City.
