New Members On Board PactUS

LOS ANGELES/NEW YORK: PactUS has added 30 members, among them Endemol Shine North America and All3Media America and their family companies, to its initial membership roster.

PactUS, which was formed last year, is an association dedicated to helping U.S.-based nonfiction and scripted independent production companies improve their businesses. It now counts among its members All3Media America’s Bentley Productions, Bogner Content, Commonwealth Unscripted, Company Pictures, ID-TV, Lime, Lion Television USA, Maverick, MME Moviement, Neal Street, New Pictures, North One Television, Objective Productions, Optomen Television USA, Seven Stories, South Pacific Pictures and Studio Lambert.

Other companies joining the association are Broderville Pictures, Cineflix, Hot Snakes Media, October Films, ProMedia, Propagate Content, Phiphen Pictures, Punched in the Head, Talos Films and 2CMedia. Additionally, Audio Network becomes its first associate member.

PactUS President David Lyle said, “With these outstanding independent production companies forming the nucleus of our organization, and other significant U.S. players poised to join with us in the weeks and months ahead, our attention now turns to giving them all of the support they need to succeed. Specifically, our aim is to offer them everything to take advantage of emerging opportunities both here and globally, while also helping them to navigate all of the ups, downs and complexities of a vital, constantly evolving independent production business.”

Additionally, PactUS will sponsor the USA Pavilion at the Hong Kong International Film & TV Market. The pavilion will be dedicated exclusively to the independent television and content production community and will host a membership delegation at the market to meet with buyers, format sellers, potential co-production partners and investors from across the Asian region. The PactUS member production companies headed to the market will be accompanied by Matt Gould, the executive VP of PactUS, who oversees east coast operations for the organization.
