All3Media America Names Chief People Officer

All3Media America has hired Kelsey Boxser for the newly created position of chief people officer.

Reporting to CEO Tim Pastore, Boxser will oversee professional development and recruiting programs, championing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and implementing additional best practices for the U.S. arm of the global independent television, film and digital production group. In addition, she will implement new internal systems based on a “people-first” philosophy. Boxser will spearhead career growth and development opportunities, including industry training and mentorship programs, designed to help address the opportunities and challenges of working within an industry in a constant state of flux.

Boxser has held senior roles in human resources across multiple industries, most recently as director of people and business operations at Pineapple, in addition to previous roles at ?What If! Innovation, Deep Focus and Rubicam. Her passion for equality extends to her role on the advisory board of the Boxser Diversity Initiative, a non-profit that funds programs fostering
tolerance and understanding of all groups, no matter their race, religion or gender identity.
