NBCU Streaming Comedy Channel Seeso to Debut More Originals

NEW YORK: Seeso, the new streaming comedy channel from NBCUniversal’s Digital Enterprises, has unveiled a fresh batch of original series to debut next month that includes the reality spoof Bajillion Dollar Propertie$.

The semi-scripted comedy Bajillion Dollar Propertie$ features an ensemble of seven real estate agents set against the backdrop of a luxury LA real estate firm. The 8×30-minute series makes its debut on March 17.

The same day, Seeso will also launch the original series Big Jay Oakerson’s What’s Your F@%king Deal?! The 8×30-minute show stars and is executive produced by Jay Oakerson, who leads a pack of comics in an improvised series based on interactions with the crowd.

New York’s Funniest, also launching March 17, is set at the famed Caroline’s on Broadway. Hosted by Michael Che (Saturday Night Live) and Leslie Jones (Saturday Night Live), the competition is open to performers from around NYC who think they are the funniest.

Additionally, Cameron Esposito’s first-ever stand-up special, Marriage Material, will debut March 24 on Seeso platforms.
