LOS ANGELES: Among the new series being screened by Disney Media Distribution (DMD) in Los Angeles is How to Get Away with Murder, which comes from Shonda Rhimes.

How to Get Away with Murder is set for ABC's fall lineup, on Thursday nights paired with Rhimes' Grey's Anatomy and Scandal. DMD is also presenting Marvel's Agent Carter, which is on ABC's midseason schedule. The series is inspired by the feature films Captain America: The First Avenger and Captain America: The Winter Soldier, along with the short Marvel One-Shot: Agent Carter.

DMD's Black-ish, a comedy starring Anthony Anderson, is set for ABC for its Wednesday comedy lineup, getting a lead-in from Modern Family. The ABC midseason musical comedy fairy tale Galavant is about a fallen hero as he tries to restore his "happily ever after." The romantic comedy Manhattan Love Story, set for ABC's Tuesday night lineup, features a couple who just started dating and explores the differences between men and women.

The studio is also going to be screening the ABC midseason series The Whispers, which has a supernatural bend to it; Secrets and Lies, based on an Australian series of the same name; and American Crime, a gritty drama told from the point of view of the victims.

Red Band Society, another DMD highlight, is set for Wednesdays on FOX. The series is based on an award-winning Spanish show and features a group of teens who meet as patients in the pediatric ward of a hospital.

The USA Network courtroom comedy Benched also makes the list.
