LOS ANGELES: NBCUniversal International Television Distribution is screening more than a dozen new shows that were picked up by U.S. networks for 2014-15, including the drama Allegiance.

Allegiance is about a CIA analyst whose parents are covert Russian spies. The series is set for NBC midseason.

Also featured on NBC's midseason roster are Emerald City, set in the fabled Land of Oz with a 20-year-old Dorothy Gale; Heroes Reborn, a miniseries reboot of the popular 2006 NBC series Heroes; Odyssey, an action drama in which the lives of three strangers unexpectedly collide; Mission Control, a comedy set in 1962 in a space program; Mr Robinson, about a rock star who takes a job as a substitute teacher; and State of Affairs, centered on a CIA analyst whose job it is to strategize with the president on pressing global issues. The comedy Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, which stars The Office's Ellie Kemper and features 30 Rock's Tina Fey among its executive producers, is set for NBC's midseason roster.

NBC placed Bad Judge, starring Kate Walsh as a criminal court judge, on its Thursday night lineup. FOX gave a Sunday night slot to Mulaney, an ensemble comedy about a rising stand-up comic. Both Bad Judge and Mulaney will be part of the studio's screenings.

The studio has a number of cable series to present to buyers as well. This includes Syfy's 12 Monkeys, based on the Terry Gilliam film of the same name, and Dominion, based on the 2010 feature Legion. There's also USA Network's Dig, about an FBI agent who finds himself working in Jerusalem trying to track down a religious artifact, and Satisfaction, a provocative drama about an investment banker, his wife and a male escort. The Bravo comedies Odd Mom Out, set in New York's Upper East Side, and Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce, about a single woman in her early 40s, are highlights as well.
