Kew Media Distribution Strengthens Ties with Participant

Kew Media Distribution (KMD) has entered into a multiyear distribution agreement with Participant, which is dedicated to entertainment that “inspires audiences to engage in positive social change.”

The partnership grants KMD global television and digital rights to limited new projects from the L.A.-based company, across documentary and narrative feature films, alongside award-winning content from Participant’s library. Participant is behind such Academy Award-winning films as Spotlight, Green Book and Roma. Participant titles covered in the deal include the Oscar-nominated documentary Food, Inc.; the Emmy Award nominee Pressure Cooker; Sundance Award winners 3 ½ Minutes, 12 Bullets and Circumstance; SXSW Festival winner The Great Invisible; and The World According to Sesame Street.
