ITV Studios America Installs Head of Production

SHERMAN OAKS: ITV Studios America has hired Dwayne Shattuck as the company’s executive VP of production, effective immediately.

Shattuck will work out of Los Angeles under Philippe Maigret, the president of ITV Studios America. He will manage production for the expanding slate of scripted television programming produced by ITV Studios in the U.S. market. He will also support ITV Studios America’s affiliated labels and joint ventures in all areas of production.

Prior to this appointment, Shattuck was the senior VP of production at Endemol Shine Studios. Earlier, he served as a producer on 52 episodes of the Emmy-winning hit Mad Men. He also produced the period drama Magic City for Starz. He began his career in the film industry as a set medic.

“As we build out our U.S. scripted TV business, it is critical to have the right production infrastructure in place,” said Maigret. “I am thrilled that Dwayne, an industry veteran with tremendous experience and relationships, is joining the ITV Studios America management team.”

Shattuck added: “After talking with Philippe about his plans for ITV Studios America and learning of the support from ITV’s global leadership, I couldn’t imagine not joining the incredible team in building the next great scripted television studio.”
