ITV Studios America Hires Tom Lane as SVP of Business & Legal Affairs

SHERMAN OAKS: Tom Lane has been named the senior VP of business and legal affairs for ITV Studios America.

Lane, who previously held the same title at CBS Studios International, will be in charge of all the production company’s scripted and non-scripted business and legal affairs. He’ll also oversee compliance, litigation, distribution and all deals from development to production. The exec will be based in Los Angeles, where he’ll manage the company’s West and East Coast teams. He’ll report to Orly Adelson, the president of ITV Studios America.
