Isaac Lee Moves Up at Univision Communications

NEW YORK: Univision Communications, Inc. (UCI) has promoted Isaac Lee to chief news and digital officer, a newly created position.

Lee will be adding duties for multicultural and music, while maintaining oversight of the news and digital divisions. He is charged with supervising all digital functions across the company, building on the strength of its online, mobile, digital, content and music assets to develop an integrated digital strategy. He will oversee key areas of UCI's growth strategy, including its comprehensive multicultural strategy, which includes FUSION, El Rey, Flama and The Root. Lee will also develop an integrated music strategy that will include the company's tentpole music events and alignment with its radio programming team. He will additionally maintain his responsibility for Univision News.

Lee will continue to work under Randy Falco, the president and CEO of UCI, and remains CEO of FUSION. He first joined UCI in 2010 and most recently served as president of news and digital and CEO of FUSION.
