Content from The Walt Disney Company’s Hotstar streaming service in the U.S. is joining Hulu and ESPN+ beginning today.

Hotstar is Disney’s streaming brand catering to South Asian audiences in the U.S. It is an extension of the successful Hotstar service India, which Disney secured as part of its acquisition of the bulk of Twentieth Century Fox’s media businesses. Disney is no longer offering Hotstar subscriptions in the U.S. as it phases out the service in favor of the Disney bundle (Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+).

As of today, Hulu subscribers can access a range of Hotstar originals and Bollywood movies, including The Empire, City of Dreams, The Legend of Hanuman, Aarya, Special Ops and The Office, the Indian adaptation of the BBC Studios hit.

ESPN+ has become the new U.S. streaming home for live cricket events from the VIVO IPL, ICC Men’s T20 World Cup and BCCI home tours for the India national team.
