KNOXVILLE: Scripps Networks Interactive has promoted Henry Ahn to president of content distribution and marketing.

In his new role, Ahn is charged with overseeing all aspects of distribution with both traditional linear partners and the increasing number of businesses looking for high-quality digital content. He will continue to be based in Knoxville.

Ahn previously served as Scripps Networks Interactive's executive VP. He first joined the company in 2011 after spending 17 years working for NBCUniversal, where he led various aspects of affiliate sales, business development and financial management before becoming executive VP of TV networks distribution. Earlier in his career, he worked for HBO, Comedy Central and EMI Records Group.

Steven J.
