HBO Max Joins Russell T Davies ’80s Drama Boys

HBO Max has signed on as the exclusive U.S. home of the 1980s-set drama Boys (working title), in partnership with the U.K.’s Channel 4, in addition to adding four new stand-up comedy specials to its roster.

CBS All Access Orders Richard Linklater Docuseries, Trio of Kids’ Shows

CBS All Access has revealed plans for three new original children’s series from DreamWorks Animation’s Classic Media, among a slew of other projects coming to the digital SVOD and live streaming service, including a docuseries from filmmaker Richard Linklater and a sophomore season of Star Trek: Picard.
