FOX Begins Live Streaming of Prime-Time Shows

LOS ANGELES: FOX has become the first U.S. broadcast network to live stream its prime-time programming nationwide.

FOX began live streaming on its digital platforms, offering viewers access to a simulcast of the network’s prime-time entertainment programming via FOX.com and FOX NOW for iPhone, iPad, Android, Kindle Fire, Apple TV and Google Chromecast. The beta launch kicked off with So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation.

FOX is the only U.S. broadcast network to offer pay-TV customers in all 210 television markets nationwide a live stream of its prime-time entertainment programming. Going forward, FOX will simulcast entertainment programming seven nights a week, as well as Saturdays during late-night.
