NEW YORK/TORONTO: Entertainment One (eOne) has appointed Patrick McDonough as senior VP of home-entertainment sales, while Suzanne Faber becomes director of children’s marketing.

McDonough will have oversight for the U.S. division’s sales efforts across all of the country’s retail outlets. He will also manage the sales processes for more than 200 home-entertainment properties annually. McDonough had previously served as the senior VP of sales for Lionsgate, where he managed all direct U.S. retailers.

Faber steps into the newly created role of overseeing all of eOne’s children’s home-entertainment slate. She will manage the development of children’s entertainment brands and releases, including marketing, publicity and social media. Faber recently served as the president of the marketing consultant agency Blue Sky Concepts.

The appointments, which have immediate effect, see McDonough reporting to Michael Rosenberg, the president of eOne Films U.S., and Faber reporting to Walter Schmidt, the VP of marketing and product development for U.S. home entertainment.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Patrick and Suzanne to our team as we expand our home entertainment business,” said Rosenberg. “Patrick comes to eOne with tremendous expertise and key relationships, and Suzanne has vast hands-on marketing experience in the Children’s sector. Both have a terrific track record, and we’re looking forward to further growth with them on board in the year ahead.”
