Electric Entertainment has unveiled the launch of its new OTT channel Electric NOW, which is set for a November debut.

The ad-supported channel will be available on multiple platforms including Stirr, XUMO and Distro TV. The new digital channel will feature Electric Entertainment’s originals—television programs, movies and video podcasts—bundled with content it acquires from third-party partners. The company’s new original productions and acquisitions will now have a home base.

Over 300 hours of film and television programming from Electric Entertainment’s vast library will launch on the channel. Fans of The Librarian franchise, including the MOW’s and TV series, The Outpost, Leverage and The Triangle, among others, can now watch these programs on the channel for free. Flyboys, The Book of Love and The Drowning are among the many films viewers will now be able to watch.

Electric Entertainment is using Veset Nimbus, a cloud-based linear channel management platform, to create and operate its new channel.

Dean Devlin, CEO of Electric Entertainment, commented, “Electric NOW represents an incredibly exciting new phase for our company. We are inviting our viewers to a singular channel to find our content. By bundling together our titles all on one platform we are able to aggregate our remarkably loyal fans.”
