Childrens Hospital Team Reunites for New Netflix Series

The team of creators behind the Emmy Award-winning comedy Childrens Hospital is back for Medical Police, which will air on Netflix.

The 10×30-minute series will star Childrens Hospital alums Erinn Hayes and Rob Huebel, with Malin Akerman, Lake Bell, Ken Marino and writer and executive producer Rob Corddry slated to appear in recurring guest spots.

The show follows two American physicians (Hayes and Huebel) stationed at a pediatric hospital in São Paulo, Brazil, who discover a virus that could spell the end of civilization. They are then recruited as government agents to track the virus and find a cure before it’s too late.

The show will be directed by David Wain and Bill Benz and written and executive produced by Wain, Corddry, Krister Johnson and Jonathan Stern for Warner Horizon Scripted Television.
