CBS News Website to Stream JFK Assassination Footage

NEW YORK: To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the death of John F. Kennedy, CBSNews.com is slated to stream CBS News' broadcast reports of the tragedy and the following days.

The online streaming will begin on Friday, November 22 at 1:48 p.m. and will end with the President's funeral on Monday, November 25. The coverage will be shown at the same time it aired in 1963. It will feature commentary from Face the Nation anchor and CBS News Chief Washington Correspondent Bob Schieffer, who was the first journalist to interview the mother of Lee Harvey Oswald after the assassination of JFK.
