Breakthrough Does U.S. Deal on Crash Canyon

TORONTO: Crash Canyon has been licensed in the U.S. to national cable broadcaster MAV TV, which will launch the show in August as part of its prime-time comedy lineup. 

The animated series is produced by Breakthrough Entertainment in association with the Shaw Rocket Fund and TELETOON Canada. It was developed by Joel Cohen, co-executive producer of The Simpsons. The show is now headed to MAV TV, which is available in 45 million homes across the U.S. through affiliate deals with Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Dish Network, Cablevision, Charter, Verizon FiOS, GCI, the NCTC and NRTC.
