NEW YORK: Listen to comic-book legend Stan Lee as he talks to World Screen Newsflash about his new endeavors at POW! Entertainment, where he serves as chairman and chief creative officer; the art of creating memorable, long-lasting superheroes and upcoming cameos in the Spider-Man and Avengers feature films.

Spider-Man, Hulk, X-Men, Iron Man and Thor are all characters that started out in comic books and have since become multimillion-dollar franchises encompassing animated series, blockbuster live-action theatricals, video games, toys and more. All of those, and many others, were co-created by Lee during his long career at Marvel. Today, at 89, Lee continues to churn out projects at his company, POW! Entertainment, including a new comic book, television series, feature films for the Asian market and digital-media projects with Vuguru. Just last week, A Squared Elxsi Entertainment (A2E2) announced that it is developing stories across multiple platforms and formats based on the new comic series Stan Lee’s Mighty 7.
