ABC Family Slates New Monthly Programming Event

BURBANK: This summer sees the start of Funday, ABC Family's new monthly weekend programming event featuring fan-favorite films, including Mulan.

Funday kicks off with the airing of Mulan on Saturday, August 16, at 6 p.m. Later that night, Tangled, The Little Mermaid and Pocohantas will broadcast at 8 p.m., 10 p.m. and 11:45 p.m., respectively. Mulan is scheduled to repeat on Sunday, August 17, at 4:30 p.m., while Tangled, The Little Mermaid and Pocohantas will have second runs that same day at 6:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 10:15 p.m., respectively.

ABC Family is also launching fundayapp.com, where fans can decorate their social media profiles photos with beach-themed images and upload pictures and videos, which may appear on air. Fans can also enter a sweepstakes on August 16 and 17 for the chance to win a Funday viewing party kit.
